From there, make your way to Kuala Lumpur’s top historic landmarks, including the Old High Court, Jamek Mosque, and the Sri Maha Mariamman Hindu Temple. After lunch, continue by train to Batu Caves, a series of caverns and caves temples in the Gombak, north of Kuala Lumpur. Situated on the banks of the Batu River, it is one of the most popular Hindu shrines outside of India and is the focal point for the Hindu festival of Thaipusam.
Following your time at Batu Caves, return to the city for a walk through one of Kuala Lumpur's busiest streets, Jalan Masjid India, lined with an array of colorful goods and foods.
