Tokyo City View, an observation facility located in the center of Tokyo, one of the world’s major cities, features an indoor observation gallery 820 feet (250 meters) above sea level. From here, visitors can take in sweeping views of the work of art we call the City, with its changing moods through the course of the day and night; views of the landmarks of Japan’s capital, including Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Sky Tree; on clear days, you may also be able to enjoy the views all the way to Mt Fuji. This ticket also includes entrance to the Mori Art Museum one floor up.
Tokyo City View is located in Roppongi Hills, one of the most fashionable areas in Tokyo. Roppongi Hills incorporates shops, restaurants, cafes, movie theaters, a museum, parks and much more.
Once you arrive at Roppongi Hills, take the express elevator on the 3rd floor of Mori Tower to the 52nd floor where the observatory entrance is located. From Tokyo City View indoor observation deck, enjoy a mesmerizing view of Tokyo in various directions. In the direction of Odaiba, as the most popular viewing area, it offers splendid views of Tokyo Tower directly ahead, as well as views of Tokyo Sky Tree, Rainbow Bridge, and Odaiba. On clear days, viewers can see all the way to Chiba’s Boso Peninsula.
In another viewing area, you can see famous sites like Ebisu Garden Place and Yokohama Landmark Tower. On a clear day, you may also see the striking profile of Mt. Fuji is visible on clear days. This is a popular location for photographing Mt. Fuji’s silhouette against the red tinted sky at sunset. Don't miss the area for Yoyogi Park, the Shinjuku Imperial Gardens, and the Shinjuku subcenter in the direction of Shibuya. If you visit Tokyo in the spring, you will be amazed by the cherry blossoms in full bloom in Aoyama Cemetery and Yoyogi Park.
