The Last Kingdom Tour, takes you on an amazing 4 day experience exploring Killarney town and National Park, the Ring of Kerry and the spectacular Skellig coastline, home to the dramatic World UNESCO world heritage site, and of course, Star Wars.

Discover this regions unique setting with a mesmerizing kayak tour on the Lakes of Killarney before embarking on a two day journey around the Ring of Kerry, drifting through the most incredible landscapes and see firsthand, why it was selected to be the setting of the new Star Wars movies. 

A truly remarkable and unique experience that will be forever etched in your heart.

The itinerary listed below is for the current season.

Given the unpredictable nature of Ireland’s weather, what we do each day might occasionally vary so that you have the best experience possible.


Your adventure starts off in Dublin and we make our way south to Killarney and the Kingdom of Kerry.

After a bite of lunch, we will take a mesmerizing kayak tour on the Lakes of Killarney that journeys around the unique setting of Ross Island, where we explore unique limestone caves and an incredible 15th Century castle.


The Last Kingdom tour takes you further off the beaten track to unlock the real beauty of the world famous Ring of Kerry and even better, the spectacular we will take you on an incredible tour of the spectacular Valentia Island where you can delve into its incredible history and heritage, explore its magical setting on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean and if you are lucky get a glimpse (weather permitting) of the dramatic Skellig Islands.

After a bite to eat, you can take the opportunity to visit the pre-production room that was used for filming, hear exclusive behind-the-scene stories and even become a Guinness Jedi Master just like Mark Hamill.


Our day begins with a visit to the Skellig Experience Centre, where you can brush up on your knowledge of the Skellig Michael, a dramatic UNESCO world heritage site which is situated 11 miles of the coast of Kerry and rises up to over 230 metres above sea level.

Afterwards, we will take a mesmerizing walking experience up to Bray Head Tower, which offers a spectacular viewing point of the Skellig Islands and take the time to gaze out over the vast wild Atlantic Ocean and feel what it would be like to be a Jedi on this dramatic magical island.

After some lunch, we continue our journey around the spectacular Ring of Kerry back to Killarney, stopping off at many spectacular viewing points to learn of their historical importance and the opportunity to take that picture that will ensure an everlasting memory of paradise.

Our Last Kingdom Tour may end today, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have one last adventure exploring the amazing setting of Killarney National Park before returning to Dublin that afternoon.

Once back in Dublin, we say a fond farewell and hope that one day we shall meet each other again on this small island that is now forever your home away from home.
