The Gallery is troccupa the Atza premises of the former municipal library.
Inside is a large permanent exhibit that lets you know the paintings of the painter Antonio Atza, bosano by adoption, and discover the various phases of his artistic career. The exhibition, divided into various rooms, consists of works donated by the author to the municipality of Bosa and includes both some of the earliest realistic performances, whether some of those paintings "surrealists", that the fit between the protagonists of the Sardinian art after the war. Important pieces of his pictorial path are the famous "Sands", painted in the late 1950s, the "Blues" of the early 1960s and clearly inspired by futurist works, such as "self-portrait" and "jugs" sellers.
A space is dedicated to the works of various artists with whom Antonio Atza had close friendships: Stanis Dessy, Giovanni Thermes and Giovanni Pisano.
