Museo Archeologico Regionale "Antonino Salinas"

Piazza Olivella, 24, (Palermo)

Oggi: 9:30 AM-6:30 PM

The Museum is located in the architectural complex of the Congregation of Padri Filippini in Olivella, dating from the 17th century. Its heritage shows the different phases of art and civilization of western Sicily, from prehistory to the middle ages. The Museum welcomes prestigious examples of 18th-and 19th-century collectibles, even from Sicily, not as the Etruscan Collection Casuccini, artefacts found during the excavations on the island, thanks to the tireless activity of Antonino Salinas (1841-1914) which is dedicated to the Institute.
