The group "Fermodellisti Alto Vicentino" is for free enterprise of seven people which wish so promote the passion for the railroad in all its forms and manifestations. the room made available for the construction of plastic has a surface of approximately 150 m 2; consists of a large living room and a private room, not open to the public, in which through a large bundle of tracks in communication with the main path of the plastic form, modify and retrieve their convoys. Realization of social plastic: construction begins on 1 November 1989, as soon as the Assembly approves the third draft produced. After nine months of the main circuit is closed and the enthusiasm of those who worked, the trains begin to operate.
All phases of construction were regularly documented and collected in an album that is a testament to the life of the group, while the side project documentation constitute a second collection site. Attached to railway plastic there is the miniature train museum, permanent exhibition of over one thousand models that retrace the history of railway modelling from 1950 to 2000, with commercial and craft pieces that tell both the development of railway technology that the modelling, passing by steam traction, diesel to get to than electricity through various experiments conducted in history.
