Gianicolo

Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi (Rome)

The Gianicolo is a Roman Hill, overlooking the right bank of the Tiber.
At the top of the Hill (practically under the statue of Garibaldi) is from January 24, 1904 a cannon that shoots, safe, high noon.
It is a vantage point for views of the city.
