The Belvedere San Leucio is a monumental complex considered, together with the Royal Palace of Caserta and the aqueduct of Vanvitelli, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The utopia of King Ferdinand to give life to an autonomous community (called Ferdinandopoli) leaves in Caserta the Belvedere San Leucio, his Royal apartments, the Italian garden and the adjoining Silk Museum, where you can visit the 18th century machinery which wove the silk became famous all over the world much to furnish the White House , Buckingham Palace and the Palazzo del Quirinale.
