The Hospital of Figline was founded in 1399 by Ser Ristoro di Iacopo Serristori. In the old pharmacy, born in the first half of the 16th century and renovated in 1724, cherishes sixteenth-century furniture (with additions of the last century), ceramic and glass materials from the 15th to the 19th century and some ancient paintings.
The museum displays objects (18th century-1960s) that illustrate the life, work and the culture of society disappeared. Each room is dedicated to a particular work and documents the most important themes of the rural life of the Valdarno, related mainly to the production of olive oil.
The collection consists of an exhibition of works that were part of the Church's liturgical Kit, and which was held in two halls which is accessed through the sacristy. Integrates with the works still preserved within the Church as the fourteenth-century table of Madonna and child, a work by a painter Giotto conventionally named the master of Figline and the statue of St. Joseph by Andrea della Robbia.
