The public Museum of San Ferdinando of Puglia was established in 1984 in compliance with the directives of Archeoclub Italy which pursues " the highest possible setting of the protection and conservation of cultural heritage in order to maintain the stratigraphy as science, to enable direct use to the community and make it a reason for continuing education".
