THE BELL OF THE FALLEN

The city of Rovereto on Miravalle Hill hosts the Bell of the fallen, made with bronze guns offered by participating Nations in the first world war, played the first tolling the day October 4, 1925, in the presence of King Victor Emmanuel III.

BIRTHPLACE OF ANTONIO ROSMINI

Blessed Antonio Rosmini-Serbati, priest, philosopher, writer and founder of the Institute of charity was born in Rovereto the March 24, 1797 and died in Stresa on 1 July 1855. The House, inhabited by the Rosminian Fathers, is now a museum. The century plant building was enlarged in the second half of the 19th century by Francesco Paoli. Inside are preserved original furniture, tiled stoves, stucco, archival collections and tardosettecenteschi libraries, collections of prints and drawings and an interesting picture gallery, with works of sacred and profane character and portraits of philosopher

MUSEO CIVICO DI ROVERETO

The Museum is housed in palazzo Parolari. The permanent exhibition is located in six rooms on the second floor, awaiting refit new sections on the ground, including Palaeontology with casts of dinosaur footprints discovered in Marco Lagrange. CASTEL DANTE'S MILITARY SHRINE

The military Shrine of Rovereto, also known by the name of Castel Dante, is one of the most significant places in remembrance of great war in Italy. Inside are the remains of more than 20,000 soldiers belonged to the Italian armies, austro-Hungarian and Czechoslovak Legion, the formation that in 1918 helped the Italian army at the battle of the Solstice and the final one.
