NATURALISTIC MUSEUM

The Museum consists of interesting natural environments dioramas. Diorama with pecceta landscape and a diorama of beech wood to wood and mixed faunas specimens; Diorama with landscape of pasture and pond and showcase on the underworld; diorama of the high mountains. There are also other display cases depicting flora and fauna of the plateau. Upstairs, the Museum has a scientific educational workshop.

Osservatorio astrofisico di Asiago

The Asiago Astrophysical Observatory (Osservatorio Astrofisico di Asiago, or Asiago Observatory for short) is an Italian astronomical observatory (IAU code 043) owned and operated by the University of Padua. Founded in 1942, it is located on the plateau of Asiago, 90 km northwest of Padua near the town of Asiago. Its main instrument is the 1.22 m Galilei telescope, currently used only for spectrometric observation.
Nearby (about 3.8 km to the southeast) is the Cima Ekar Observing Station, IAU code 098, also known as the Stazione osservativa di Asiago Cima Ekar.

Stazione osservativa di Cima Ekar

La Stazione osservativa di Cima Ekar, situata ad Asiago (VI), è un osservatorio astronomico di proprietà dell'INAF, gestito dall'Osservatorio di Padova e dotato del più grande strumento ottico presente su suolo italiano.
Ospita anche l'Asiago-DLR Asteroid Survey (ADAS), grazie al quale Andrea Boattini, Flavio Castellani, Giuseppe Forti, Vittorio Goretti, Ulisse Munari e Maura Tombelli hanno scoperto diversi asteroidi.
Ospita ora tutta la strumentazione principale dell'Osservatorio astronomico di Padova.
