Day1: Tangier – Volubilis – Meknes – Fez
Early , we will pick you up from your /Hotel or meet with you up at the port of Tangier. Our drive will take you to the Roman Ruins of Volubilis. The archaeological site of Volubilis was founded in the 3 century AD covering an area of 42 hectares.
we will continue our journey to one of the four Imperial Capitals of Morocco, Meknes which was built by the Sultan Moulay Ismail who chose as his main capital. We will stop to discover Bab Mansour gate, then a drive through the high walls of the Royal Palace to the Granaries and Royal Stables. In the late evening, we will take the highway to Fez where you will spend night in your hotel.
Day2: Fez – Chefchaouen
Early after breakfast in your hotel/Riad at Fes , you will spend around 5 hours exploring the hidden aspects of Fes or Fez with an expert local tour guide .we will walk walk through the narrow alleyways of the old Medina of Fez. we will Visit one of the oldest universities in the Islamic World Al Karaouin university, museums, the infamous traditional tanneries of Fez, the Golden Gates of the Royal Palace and much more. After lunch, we head to Chefchaouen to spend overnight in your hotel in chefchaoun.
Day3: Explore Chefchaouen – Tangier
After breakfast in your hotel at chefchaoun , we will spend the first half day exploring the beautiful town of Chefchaouen. we will Walk through its clean and washed-blue painted alleyways to the popular Square Utta Lhmam. The Square gets very busy in the afternoon with tourists, particularly the cafes overlooking the Kasbah that was built by the former Alouite Sultan Moulay Ismail and then turned into a prison by the Spanish in the 20th century. Chefchaouen is known for its beautiful and colourful shops selling small items for souvenirs with reasonable prices. At midday, we will drive back to Tangier where you will spend night in your hotel.
