This is a culture-based
experience class. Under the instruction of our grand masters, you’ll not only study the basic gestures of Tai Chi or Kung Fu forms, but also be inspired to understand the important oriental culture component- Taoism, Yin Yang
(internal energy)and the essense of martial arts.
In our Tai Chi class you will learn how to introduce “ qi
” through Tai Chi movments,simple but useful methods that helps relief tension in our body and mind. Standing meditation, pushing hands will also be introduced to complete your understanding towards it.
Chinese Kung Fu has always been the keen interest of many China vistors. In Kung Fu class you will not only learn some easy-mastered Kung Fu movements, but also true essense of it - virtue and peace, not aggression or violence.
Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise that uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of both body and mind. A multitude of training forms exist from traditional to modern. Tai Chi is believed to have mental and physical health benefits to improve postures, balance, flexibility and strength. Modern practices of Tai Chi often include sequences of slow movements coordinated with deep breathing and mental attention. A high level of concentration is usually involved, and sessions are intensely focused and quiet.
